• Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations for candidates and hiring managers.

• Problem-solving mindset with urgency in delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Sales and Sales Engineering candidates to build the pipeline using sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and postings.
• Execute recruitment strategy to meet management expectations.
• Manage candidate process; negotiate offers and close hires; generate offer letters.
