Job summary

Candidate Experience site is seeking an experienced Contract Sales Recruiter to build and manage a pipeline for Sales and Sales Engineering roles across all levels. You will apply sourcing, networking, referrals, events and postings to attract top candidates.

You will drive strategy, manage the candidate process end-to-end, negotiate offers, and deliver a consistently positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of sales recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to build relationships and manage expectations for candidates and managers.
• High attention to detail and prioritization of roles to meet needs.
• Problem-solving mindset with urgency and decisiveness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Experience completing a full recruiting cycle.

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Sales Recruiter with previous experience recruiting Sales and Sales Engineering professionals at all levels. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the competitive nature of this market and knows how to build a strong candidate pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Sales and Sales Engineering candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etc.
• Execute recruitment strategy to ensure management expectations are met.
• Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador. Determine skill level, manage offer process, including offer negotiation, offer letter generation, offer presentation and close.
• Deliver consistently positive candidate experience.
• Continuously follow-up and provide strategic insight to hiring managers in an effort to confirm staffing plans and ensure that candidates and hiring managers needs are met

Required Skills

• 7-10 years Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment implementing a wide range of recruiting tactics and programs.
• Ability to build strong relationships, manage expectations and execution for both candidates and hiring managers.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work with hiring managers to prioritize candidates and roles to meet hiring needs.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work with a sense of urgency at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.

• Previous experience working through a full recruiting cycle.
