Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or construction management preferred.
• Experience with CAD or Rivet for reading drawings.
• Understanding of commercial equipment, installation, maintenance, and operation.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, architects, contractors, and industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on leads and determine client needs, budget, and timeline.
• Review drawings and contracts for accuracy with final purchase agreements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
• Provide client feedback to management and design teams.
