• RN license in the primary state of residence with good standing.
• BLS certification with expiration date at least 30 days past start date.
• Compact licenses accepted if issued in primary state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical medications.
• Evaluate patient conditions, monitor pain, and document responses.
• Monitor vital signs and record abnormalities (BP, HR, RR, temp).
• Perform routine assessments to monitor health and well-being.
• Facilitate patient access to care and community resources for med administration and disease management.
• Review medications for side effects and interactions.
• Conduct mental health assessments to screen for depression and mood changes.
• Document medical history accurately in electronic records.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Maintain an organized, clean, stocked clinic environment.
