The Contract Redlining Attorney Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Contract Redlining Attorney to review corporate contract scenarios and help train and evaluate legal AI models. You will apply practical judgment from M&A and technology transactions to simulated negotiations, redlining exercises, and assessments of AI-generated legal responses.

The work is remote, part-time contract work with an expected commitment of 20 or more hours per week. Assignments have an average handling time of approximately 3.5 hours, and compensation ranges from $90 to $130 per hour.
