You will apply practical litigation judgment to changing simulated case developments while maintaining the standards of U.S. commercial litigation.
This role involves preserving a coherent case theory across multiple turns, responding strategically to simulated opposing-counsel actions, and producing polished legal documents with limited repeated direction.
You will create legal work product from detailed scenario prompts, evaluate responses against defined standards, and refine materials as facts or strategy change. The work will involve both document drafting and structured assessment of legal reasoning.
Applicants must have practical commercial contract litigation experience and the ability to independently produce high-quality legal documents. The role requires strong written English, legal drafting proficiency, and sound judgment when facts, procedural issues, or litigation strategy evolve.
