You will apply practical judgment from M&A and technology transactions to simulated negotiations, redlining exercises, and assessments of AI-generated legal responses.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least two years of M&A experience in corporate law.
• Familiar with standard M&A agreements including asset and stock purchases.
• Ability to evaluate contract language and explain legal judgment clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises involving corporate and M&A agreements.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios for accuracy, risk identification, and legal judgment.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related model performance.
• Identify contractual risk and explain commercially appropriate negotiation decisions.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for legal AI review.
• Provide actionable feedback on AI-generated legal responses.
• Apply legal standards across jurisdictions while explaining reasoning in a structured way.
