Job summary

WorkStaff360 Inc. is seeking a contract Recruiter to source qualified candidates across Indeed and other platforms, review applications, and conduct initial screenings. You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews with the client.

The role runs month-to-month with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, offering potential for longer-term extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting/talent acquisition.
• Ability to source candidates across multiple platforms.
• Strong screening and interview coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through Indeed and various platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening and phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client.
• Maintain candidate records and progress updates.
• Protect pipeline by proactive outreach and candidate nurturing.
