Job summary

Mastercam seeks an Interim Recruiting Coordinator to support the HR team with recruiting, onboarding, and administrative tasks. This fixed-term role covers posting, sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, and onboarding for new hires, while maintaining data in the ATS and HRIS.

Depending on experience, the role may also conduct initial candidate screenings and assist with evaluating qualifications against role requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years of recruiting coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support experience.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate interviews.
• Experience supporting onboarding, new hire orientation, or related pre-employment activities.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting coordination, onboarding activities, and administrative tasks to support HR projects and priorities.
• Create, post, update, and manage job advertisements; maintain candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other channels; review resumes and conduct initial virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones, provide candidate communications, and assist with reference checks and pre-employment steps.
