Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to join our client’s team in Kissimmee, FL. This onsite, contract position involves managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years HR recruiting experience, preferably in property management, construction, or hospitality, and is proficient with MS Excel and SharePoint. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years HR recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments.
• Experience filling roles such as property managers, maintenance techs, janitorial, groundskeepers, and AP/AR positions.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable team player with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruiting data in MS Excel and SharePoint.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

SALARY: $24-35/hour (depending on experience)
