We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist – Operations & Manufacturing to lead recruiting efforts for a growing team in Florida. This role will focus primarily on entry-level and early-career production, manufacturing, warehouse, and operations positions, with additional recruiting needs added as needed.

Compensation: $27-$30/hr DOE

Availability: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm EST for a 2-month period.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple openings, connecting with candidates, and helping hiring teams identify strong talent. This person will own the recruiting process from sourcing through resume submission and will be provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed.

While the position is remote, candidates located in Florida, ideally within approximately one hour of Orlando, are preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead recruiting efforts for production, manufacturing, warehouse, operations, and other early-career positions in Florida
• Source candidates using recruiting tools, job boards, databases, and other available resources
• Review resumes and identify candidates who meet position requirements
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and phone screens
• Assess candidates based on experience, skills, availability, and overall fit
• Recommend qualified candidates to hiring teams
• Prepare and upload candidate resumes and information into the appropriate recruiting/ATS systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruiting activity records
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Manage multiple open positions and recruiting priorities simultaneously
• Help develop effective sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
• Support additional recruiting needs outside of manufacturing and operations as business needs evolve

Required Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, operations, or other high-volume environments
• Experience recruiting for entry-level and early-career positions
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and recruiting priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely and managing work independently
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to quickly learn new recruiting tools, systems, and processes
• Comfortable working with ATS and recruiting platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Magnit or similar vendor management/applicant tracking systems
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Previous experience recruiting hourly production or manufacturing talent
• Familiarity with recruiting within the Florida labor market
• Experience working with hiring managers in a fast-paced corporate or operational environment
