Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a high-volume corporate, RPO, or staffing agency environment.
• Strong candidate assessment, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort with an applicant tracking system; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates against consistent job requirements and assess fit.
• Coordinate next steps and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Conduct onsite oral drug tests following provided training and procedures.
• Complete screening and selection paperwork and keep candidates and partners informed.
