Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter for an onsite contract in Clayton, Indiana. The role runs immediately through December 2026 with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30, and occasional weekends as needed.

You will evaluate candidates, move the process quickly, and ensure a smooth candidate experience in a busy hiring period. In this onsite role, you’ll screen candidates, coordinate next steps, and document records in Workday.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in high-volume environments (corporate, RPO, or staffing agency).
• Strong candidate assessment, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort with an applicant tracking system and managing multiple candidates at once; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates against consistent job requirements and assess their skills and fit.
• Coordinate next steps and maintain accurate candidate records in Workday, the ATS.
• Conduct onsite oral drug tests following training and procedures.
• Complete screening and selection paperwork and keep candidates and hiring partners informed.
