Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is hiring a High-Volume Recruiter to support an online retail client's hiring team on an onsite contract in Wilkes-Barre, PA. You will evaluate candidates, keep the selection process moving, and deliver a clear, timely candidate experience during a busy hiring period.

In this role, you’ll screen candidates against consistent job requirements, coordinate next steps, and maintain accurate records in Workday. Onsite drug testing is also required.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a high-volume corporate, RPO, or staffing agency environment.
• Strong candidate assessment, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort working in an applicant tracking system; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates against consistent job requirements and assess their skills and fit.
• Coordinate next steps and maintain accurate candidate records in Workday.
• Conduct onsite oral drug tests following training and procedures.
• Complete screening and selection paperwork and keep candidates and hiring partners informed.
