Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to own niche technical hiring for Crusoe's Spark business. This six-month contract covers Manufacturing and Engineering roles, with end-to-end recruiting responsibilities and the ability to move quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.

You will map the market, build pipelines, run intake sessions, and guide hiring managers on market size and comp expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience focused on niche engineering, manufacturing, or hardware roles.
• Experience filling searches with small, passive candidate pools.
• Strong market mapping and passive outreach using sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for niche technical requisitions across manufacturing, engineering, and operations.
• Build pipeline from scratch through market mapping and sustained passive outreach.
• Run intake sessions to pressure-test role definitions and must-have skills.
• Screen for technical depth and translate backgrounds for hiring managers.
• Educate managers on market size, timelines, and comp expectations.
• Structure interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
• Lead compensation negotiations and keep ATS data up-to-date.
• Manage a high-complexity requisition load with minimal oversight.
