Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage 40+ requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience across technical, engineering, manufacturing, or operations roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
• Support hiring across technical, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and corporate functions.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines.
• Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring strategies and compensation recommendations.
• Manage requisitions across multiple local sites.
• Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records within the ATS.
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
