Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Wilton, CT team on a contract-to-hire basis. You will manage a high-volume pipeline across manufacturing, engineering, and operations, delivering timely candidates and partnering with hiring managers.

This hybrid role pays $25–$35 per hour and offers a clear path to permanence. You will drive sourcing, applicant flow, and full-cycle recruiting while maintaining excellent communication and process momentum.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruiting in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and push for decisions.
• Proficient in ATS and end-to-end recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple roles.
• Oversee applicant and requisition flow and proactive sourcing.
• Recruit for both high-volume and niche positions with adaptable strategies.
• Assess requisitions, talent landscapes, and barriers; determine strategies.
• Drive the process: follow up with managers, schedule steps, escalate obstacles.
