Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hourly and salaried roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to define job requirements and hiring goals.
• Lead intake meetings and regular check-ins with recruitment teams.
• Advise on talent availability, strategies, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR partners to support recruitment efforts.
• Build talent pipelines for key positions and anticipate staffing needs.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates.
• Provide data and reporting from ATS as needed.
• Participate in hiring events to support expansion recruitment.
