Job summary

Exinity is seeking a Senior Recruiter to deliver end-to-end recruitment across CIS for Marketing and Sales from a remote-friendly base in the United States. You will own roles from brief to offer and partner with hiring managers and TA to produce fast, high-quality shortlists.

Applicants should have 5+ years in senior recruitment, fintech marketing/sales hiring experience, strong Business English, remote accountability, and familiarity with regional markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Senior Recruiter with mass hiring and 360 recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting Marketing and Sales within fintech, FX, CFD, or crypto.
• Strong Business English and remote accountability; familiar with regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across CIS for Marketing and Sales.
• Own roles from brief to offer, delivering high-quality shortlists quickly.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with hiring managers and TA.
• Source proactively using LinkedIn, Boolean, ATS, and local platforms; map fintech talent pools.
• Ensure excellent candidate communication, scheduling, and compliant pipeline tracking.
