• 6+ years in recruitment with executive search experience.
• Strong sourcing focus and market mapping.
• Self-driven, persistent, and resilient with stakeholder mgmt.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian.

• Own vacancies end to end, from kickoff to signed offer, and act as trusted advisor to executives.

What You'll Do:

• Run executive search projects including market mapping and direct approach to passive candidates.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate engagement through first day.
• Keep pipeline data clean and report on hiring results.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years in recruitment w/ executive search experience and a strong sourcing focus.
• Self-driven, persistent, and resilient with strong stakeholder management.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian.
