Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Contract Experienced Recruiter to join our Minneapolis team for a 5-month contract. The role requires full life cycle recruiting across North America, proactive sourcing, and building strong client partnerships.

Onsite in Minneapolis, you will deliver top talent, manage multiple roles, and drive a candidate-centric process to meet hiring goals. Candidates should have 6+ years of recruiting experience, expertise in sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• 6 years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• ATS proficiency for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• Strong client service orientation with professionalism, perseverance, and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full life-cycle recruiting desk for North America functions and business segments.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and locations.
• Build and engage talent pipelines through research, networking, and market outreach.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver recruiting solutions.
• Act as an advocate for clients and candidates with regular touch points and diligent follow-through to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Execute recruiting strategy including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
• Develop diversity and inclusion strategies in partnership with hiring leaders.
• Engage with professional communities through events such as meetups, conferences, and similar forums.
• Monitor business and recruiting trends, talent market shifts, compensation, and related insights to inform strategy.
• Communicate a clear value proposition and evolve a digital talent go-to-market strategy as the market changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
• Experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, and Data Science/Technical roles, including assessment and networking.
• Proven execution of recruiting strategy, employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
• ATS proficiency for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• Strong client service orientation with professionalism, perseverance, and sound judgment.
• Detail orientation with strong organization, documentation, and follow-up.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Big Data or data-centric recruiting.
• Background in Supply Chain recruiting.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT.
• Onsite requirement: Candidates must be local to Minneapolis. Remote arrangements will not be considered.
• Work authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available.
• International relocation or international remote work will not be considered.
