Adecco is seeking a Recruiter in Chattanooga to support hiring initiatives by sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of positions. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality recruitment process and build talent pipelines to support current and future business needs.

The role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), and proficiency with recruiting technologies and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other methods.
• Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment guidance.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Promote referral programs and other talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Stay informed on local market trends and adjust recruiting strategies.
