Job summary

Unum is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant to support full-cycle, high-volume recruiting focused on class-hiring within Customer Operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to execute end-to-end recruitment, determine job requirements, screen candidates, forecast hiring needs, source, and manage the recruiting and selection process.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of successful recruitment and selection experience.
• Insurance industry experience and HR certifications preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detailed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute end-to-end recruitment of assigned requisitions.
• Determine job requirements, screen candidates, forecast hiring needs, source, and manage recruiting process.
• Promote Unum through outreach initiatives and events to attract top talent.
• Plan, coordinate and execute on-campus recruitment events and career fairs.
• Meet recruiting goals and high-performance standards to support business results.
