Job summary

Aptean is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team remotely or in Alpharetta, GA, for a 3-6 month engagement. This role owns full life cycle recruiting from intake through offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles quickly without sacrificing quality.

You'll join a high-performing team, running full life cycle recruiting for active requisitions and working hands-on with AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
Ability to manage a full requisition load with minimal onboarding time.
Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve recruiting workflows.
Strong experience with ATS systems (iCIMS) and structured interview processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable operating as a contractor with limited ramp time and clear deliverables.

Responsibilities

Own full life cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Conduct structured interviews using an attribute-based evaluation framework.
Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, calibrate feedback, and drive hiring decisions.
Manage a full requisition load independently with minimal ramp-up time (15-25 reqs).
Use AI tools to streamline workflows, communication, and evaluation.
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Provide regular pipeline updates and hiring manager reporting.
