Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a Contract Recruiter (6 months) in Langhorne, PA to manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to build strategies, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers through onboarding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in recruiting, familiarity with the ATS, and the ability to meet hiring timelines while maintaining candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience preferred
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws preferred
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit qualified individuals to fill vacant positions for all requisitions.
• Plan and assist on-site job fairs.
• Collaborate with HR and executives to determine staffing strategies.
• Oversee and conduct candidate interviews with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers.
• Utilize all sourcing tools to attract top talent and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
• Use the ATS to manage candidate records and track activity.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and report updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout recruitment.
• Promote the employer brand and act as an ND Paper ambassador.
• Assist with special recruiting projects and high-volume hiring initiatives.
