Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles. This 3-month assignment may extend based on business needs, with a hybrid work arrangement in Boston (Onsite 3 days/week).

The role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, including filling technical roles, and proficiency with ATS. Prior professional services experience and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Contract Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week)

Our client, a professional services firm in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical & non-technical roles. This will be a 3-month assignment to start, with potential to extend based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently drive candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle while providing an excellent candidate experience
• Guide and coach hiring managers from job intake to candidate close
• Manage job postings and candidate activity in ATS
• Source passive talent through a variety of channels for evergreen and high-priority roles

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including proven ability to fill technical roles
