CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to impact our mission-driven People Team. You will guide qualified candidates through the recruitment process, partner with managers, and ensure a seamless, high-quality hiring experience.

Expect to build relationships across the organization, advise on market trends, and continuously refine our sourcing and selection strategies to scale hiring efficiently. This fast-paced role requires resilience, strong communication, and a passion for helping teams

Competenze

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and Paradox.
• Affinity for data and its role in recruitment success.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and current hiring practices.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.
