CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team. You will directly impact a mission-driven workforce by guiding qualified candidates through our recruitment process.

You will cultivate relationships with managers at multiple levels, flawlessly execute the end-to-end process, and advise on market trends to develop scalable, customized hiring approaches. This role offers an hourly rate with comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to navigate obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other platforms; Paradox is a differentiator.
• An affinity for data and the role it plays in success.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and the desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to source exceptional candidates.
• Execute a best-in-class recruitment process and continuously improve it.
• Advise managers on market trends and develop customized hiring approaches at scale.
• Focus on finding top candidates and ensuring a favorable hiring experience.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand and collaborate with vendors and other teams.
• Support members of the Recruiting team and work cross-functionally with the People Team.
