Job summary

You will work with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, conduct interviews, and manage job fairs and campus events to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree and 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in automotive/manufacturing roles.
• Experience sourcing hourly and salaried talent; strong interviewing skills.
• Proficient with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• LinkedIn Talent Solutions experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates proactively for open and hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers on interviews and candidate selection.
• Create and extend employment offers; coordinate background checks and onboarding.
• Recruit interns and apprentices and support early-talent programs; build relationships with schools.
