This short-term role (3-6 months) operates with typical business hours and partners with hiring managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality recruitment process.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with recruiting technologies and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other methods.
• Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment guidance throughout the process.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Promote the employee referral program and other talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed on local market trends and adjust recruiting strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
