Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in professional services or client-facing environments.
• Experience hiring consultants, project managers, technology/healthcare professionals.
• In-house/corporate recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an ATS (iCIMS is a plus).

• Manage a full-cycle recruiting workload of approximately 20 open positions at a time.

Location: Portland, Maine
Pay: $40–$45/hour

We're partnering with a growing professional services organization to identify an experienced Recruiter who can make an immediate impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, and has experience recruiting for professional, client-facing roles.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of professional-level openings while collaborating with leaders across the organization.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within a professional services, consulting, or similar client-service environment.
• Strong experience hiring professional-level, client-facing talent such as consultants, project managers, technology professionals, healthcare professionals, or other specialized business roles.
• Previous in-house/corporate recruiting experience preferred.
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions when appropriate.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training and quickly contribute to recruiting efforts.
