Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage candidate pipeline and keep detailed records in the applicant tracking system
• Negotiate offers, including salary and benefits, with selected candidates
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Utilize data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes
• Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition
• Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the organization and attract talent
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years recruitment experience
• Certification in human resources or recruiting a plus
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment
• Experience with all levels of recruitment (hourly and salary)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite in Word and Excel (Outlook is a plus).
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, track candidate progress, and stay organized.
• Ability to identify and address recruitment challenges, such as sourcing candidates or securing offers.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to be proactive in sourcing efforts and focused on filling open positions effectively.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
