Revolution Venture Studios (RVS) (www.revolutionventurestudios.com) is a venture studio that is managed and owned by the founder of Zealthy. RVS ideates and creates new companies focused on building some of the world’s largest and most transformational companies in healthcare and AI.

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-sufficient Contract Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis for at least 12 months. This is a hybrid role serving both Zealthy and RVS, reporting to the founder of both companies. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in an unstructured environment and can manage recruitment processes independently.

This recruiter will identify, vet, and hire Co-Founders / CEOs and Co-Founders / CTOs for new ventures that are already ideated and will be funded right away by the venture studio (Revolution Venture Studios) to build innovative companies, mostly but not exclusively in healthcare.

The recruiter will also identify, vet, and hire engineers, product managers, operations professionals, and more for full-time positions at Zealthy, a telemedicine company based in New York City.

What You'll Do:

• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to ensure a strong fit for the roles and the company culture.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
• Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
• Conduct follow-up activities with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract or part-time capacity.
• Must be available to conduct interviews and follow-ups during standard business hours.
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment, managing time and tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
• Capable of working part-time for at least 12 months. This role is not suitable for candidates seeking full-time employment.
• Proficient in conducting interviews and managing follow-ups during business hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time (with potential opportunity to become full-time)

Pay: $30.00 per hour
