HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a remote Recruiter to support the Central West Texas region on a contract basis. The position guarantees 40 hours per week and involves sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare roles across hospitals and facilities.

You will build a pipeline via ATS, conduct phone screenings, extend offers, and negotiate terms. Expect monthly travel to onsite events; potential conversion to permanent with benefits after the opening.

Responsibilities

RECRUITER WFH - (CONTRACT) (MUST RESIDE IN THE CENTRAL WEST TEXAS REGION)

• Guaranteed 40 hours a week - job stability
• Metrics: HIGH VOLUME REQUISITIONS and FAST-PACED - URGENCY (managing 90 - 100+ requisitions ongoing at a time - supporting multiple Leaders)
• Full cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish - NO onboarding
• Hourly pay range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (Based on years of experience)
• 401K 3% contribution of pay, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be pre-approved by manager, weekly pay on Fridays
• WFH (Work from Home) - Will travel to Hiring Events minimum once per month
• All equipment/ resources provided: laptop; headset; soft phone; Microsoft Suite; Outlook; GHR ATS; job boards
• Availability to convert to permanent with health Insurance, PTO

*Requirements to convert to permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Will source talent via ATS system; phone screenings, extend offers, offer negotiation. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

The Recruiter – is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings.
