HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking an Associate Recruiter for a contract-based, work-from-home role requiring residency in the North Florida region.

The role involves full-cycle recruitment for hospital facilities, managing 80–100+ open requisitions, conducting phone screens, and extending offers. Travel to events is required about once a month. Potential for converting to permanent with benefits.

ASSOCIATE RECRUITER WFH - (CONTRACT) (MUST RESIDE IN THE NORTH FLORIDA REGION)

• Guaranteed 40 hours a week - job stability
• Metrics: HIGH VOLUME REQUISITIONS and FAST-PACED - URGENCY (managing 80 - 100+ requisitions ongoing at a time - supporting multiple Leaders)
• Full cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish - NO onboarding
• Hourly pay range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on years of experience)
• 401K 3% contribution of pay, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be pre-approved by manager, weekly pay on Fridays
• WFH (Work from Home) - Will travel to Hiring Events minimum once per month
• All equipment/ resources provided: laptop; headset; soft phone; Microsoft Suite; Outlook; GHR ATS; job boards
• Availability to convert to permanent with health Insurance, PTO

*Requirements to convert to permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Will source talent via ATS system; phone screenings, extend offers, offer negotiation. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

The Recruiter – is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Service Lines - Will recruit for EXPERIENCED REGISTERED NURSES, ALLIED and PATIENT CARE TECHNICIANS (PCTs) positions for hospitals/ Facilities
• Travel: Will be required to participate in onsite events - travel minimum once per month
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Qualify and/ or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

**Must have reliable transportation to attend/ travel to onsite events. Recruiter must reside in the local Division/ North Florida area (Orlando, Tallahassee, Destin, Oviedo, Kissimmee, Pensacola)
