Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join its US provider network. You will conduct live 60-minute video intake appointments and follow-ups, perform assessments, and manage medications within a connected, culturally responsive care model.

The network includes in-person and virtual providers across the US. Requirements include board certification, an unrestricted state license, and a preferred DEA license; must be a full-time US resident with office space in Hanover.

Qualifications

• Board certified psychiatrists with an MD or DO.
• Unrestricted state license required.
• DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in Hanover.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsabilités

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document treatment recommendations; communicate with patients.
• Adhere to evidence-based treatment guidelines and measure-based care.
