Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join our network, delivering evidence-based psychiatric care through 60-minute intake appointments and ongoing follow-up. You will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and coordinate with therapy and coaching services within a connected, culturally responsive care framework.

Providers work across in-person and virtual formats in the US, with flexible scheduling and access to clinical consultations, a 24/7 Care Navigation team for crisis

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state medical license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Office space available to see clients in Hanover.
• U.S. residency as a full-time clinician.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake appointment and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based medication treatment that follows clinical best practice guidelines.

Education

Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry
