Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join Lyra Clinical Associates' network across the US, offering flexible, patient-centered care via 60-minute intake video visits and regular follow-ups.

You will perform psychiatric evaluations, provide evidence-based medication management, and coordinate referral to therapy and coaching services within a connected care network. In-person options are available where possible.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license in Ohio; other states a plus.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space to see clients.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Practice mental health medication management with a 60-minute intake appointment and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based medication treatment that follows clinical best practice guidelines.
