Qualifications

• MD or DO board certified in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license is required.
• Active DEA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake appointments and ongoing follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Refer to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as appropriate.
