Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join its provider network across the US. You will conduct 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups to manage psychiatric care, with the option for in-person visits where available.

You will provide evidence-based evaluations and medication management, collaborating with a network that also offers therapy and coaching referrals. A focus on culturally responsive care is emphasized.

Qualifications

• MD/DO board certification in psychiatry is required.
• Unrestricted state medical license is required.
• Preference for clinicians with an active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and ongoing follow-ups.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Adhere to evidence-based practices and measurement-based care guidelines.
