Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist with an unrestricted US license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person care in Sewell, Washington Township area.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake assessments and ongoing follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Collaborate within Lyra's provider network for integrated care.
