Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated working knowledge of project management principles.
• Experience with scheduling and cost controls in project settings.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems within project scope.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration management and project closeout in ACT software.
• Coordinate field labeling activities.
• Coordinate integration of projects into plant operations and maintenance programs (e.g., Lockout-Tagout, preventive maintenance).
• Assist with contractor bid packages and purchasing support.
• Arrange meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
• Generate financial reports and assist with monthly forecasting.
• Gather approvals for invoices via accounts payable.
