You will help with daily coordination, project setup and closeout, PO and invoice processing, financial reporting, and forecasting, as well as documentation and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination or project support.
• Capital project/industry experience (utility/power generation/engineering) preferred.
• Experience with POs, invoices, cost tracking or forecasting.
• Experience with project scheduling and/or cost controls.
• Strong Excel and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple Project Managers with day-to-day project activities.
• Assist with project setup, configuration management, and project closeout.
• Support purchase orders, contractor bid packages, invoices, and Accounts Payable approvals.
• Generate financial reports and assist with monthly project forecasting.
• Coordinate project meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
• Support project scheduling, cost controls, materials, logistics, and outage-related activities.
• Coordinate field labeling and integration of projects into plant operations and maintenance programs.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, risk registers, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
• Maintain project information within accounting and project management systems.
