Job summary

The Leading Niche is seeking a Contractor Program Manager to lead contractor performance for the DCMA Blue List Program Support Services. This role will serve as the single point of contact for contract performance and oversee the multidisciplinary team across administrative, operational, and technical functions.

You will provide day-to-day oversight for DoD and federal programs, manage an Integrated Master Schedule, track milestones, risks, and actions, and coordinate with senior Government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in project management and program scheduling.
• 4+ years supporting DoD or federal agency programs.
• Experience leading contractor teams in a federal environment.
• Experience developing resource-loaded schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor performance for the DCMA Blue List Program Support Services.
• Serve as the single point of contact for contract performance matters.
• Oversee contractor personnel and coordinate resources to meet contract requirements.
• Manage deliverables, track schedules, and monitor performance.
• Provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and technical oversight for the team.
• Communicate with Government stakeholders and ensure schedule alignment.
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule with resource loading.
