Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services, LLC seeks an experienced Manager to lead facilities management, O&M programs, and compliance across federal contracts. You will coordinate with onsite management, government stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely, within-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in facilities operations, project management, and business development within a federal contracting environment, plus ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a project management role, preferably facilities.
• Experience in facilities operations & maintenance (O&M) and federal contracting.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate reviews, monitor progress, manage risks, and report to executives.
• Oversee federal contracts, task orders, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Support proposal development, pricing, staffing, and transitions.
• Attend site surveys and inspections; travel 25–30%.
• Monitor contract deliverables, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
