Job summary

C3EL seeks a Task Manager / Contract Manager to lead the contract team and coordinate day-to-day performance across CONUS, Pacific, and Europe. The role provides leadership, contract oversight, customer coordination, and support to ensure the team meets technical, schedule, quality, staffing, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret or higher clearance.
• Experience managing technical teams in federal/DoD.
• Knowledge of contract performance management and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across regions (CONUS, Pacific, Europe).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary management point of contact for Government and contract leadership and regional teams.
• Plan, organize, direct, and monitor contract activities to meet contract requirements and standards.
• Coordinate the CONUS, Pacific, and Europe teams, priorities, schedules, and escalations.
• Provide leadership and administrative oversight to contract personnel and ensure accountability.
• Monitor staffing, onboarding, performance, training, and certifications affecting contract execution.
• Track deliverables, milestones, service levels, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
• Prepare status reports, performance updates, staffing reports, and meeting materials.
• Lead customer and internal team meetings; document decisions and due dates.
• Coordinate with technical leads to evaluate issues and actions.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with quality, security, reporting, and records management.
• Identify contract risks and mitigation plans; escalate when needed.
• Support contract modifications, funding tracking, invoicing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Promote consistent processes across regions while honoring site requirements.
• Perform other project and contract management duties as needed.
