Job summary

All Native Group seeks an accomplished Program Manager to lead a DoD facilities maintenance program at Fort Campbell, KY. You will own program delivery, the integrated schedule, funding forecasts, and quality management across field operations and digital platforms.

The role requires executive coordination with Government stakeholders, risk management, and the ability to drive KPI performance and staffing alignment. Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ experience supporting facilities operations, maintenance, or related environments.
• Five+ years managing federal service contracts with $5M+ annual value.
• Experience with enterprise asset management (EAM) or CMMS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Fort Campbell installation access.
• Experience with Maximo is highly preferred.
• U.S. citizen with Secret clearance preferable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Government point of contact (DPW, COR, Agreement Officer).
• Lead daily operations reviews, monthly performance, funding, and management reviews with Government stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and milestone tracking.
• Oversee annual contract funding, labor/material forecasting, budget management, and cost controls.
• Provide leadership to Maintenance Superintendent, Logistics Manager, QA/QC Manager, Safety/Training Manager, and technical leads.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports and funding status updates.
