Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in Product Owner, BA, or similar roles.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to write high‑quality user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience prioritizing and managing a product backlog.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience with retail, supply chain, logistics, or delivery apps preferred.
• Experience documenting workflows and business requirements.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) preferred.
• Experience supporting distributed operational users preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and docs.
• Ensure items are detailed, testable, and sprint-ready.
• Partner with leadership to set delivery priorities and sequencing.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide functional clarification to engineering teams.
• Support delivery teams with requirements questions and process clarity.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and elevate them.
• Document workflows, journeys, and business processes.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, UX, and stakeholders for shared understanding.
• Support UAT and validation activities.
• Gather feedback from stores, drivers, dispatchers, and operations.
• Analyze incidents and feedback to improve backlog items.
• Assist with production issue prioritization and release validation.
• Support rollout and adoption of new functionality.
• Monitor metrics and feedback to inform backlog decisions.
• Assist leadership with reporting and analysis.
