Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Contract Processor II in Kissimmee, FL to ensure timely and accurate preparation and processing of contracts and ancillary documents to secure sales, while maintaining up-to-date demographic, sales personnel and marketing information.

Daily duties include contract data entry, deed and exchange verifications, posting mortgage balances, notary support as needed, and audits from pre- to post-closing to ensure processing guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months contract preparation experience.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Notary preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and late shifts.
• Must type 40 WPM.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must be detail oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process contracts and ancillary documents for sales and Latitudes contracts.
• Perform data entry for contract preparation, processing and printing; conduct deed and exchange verifications; prepare property transfers.
• Complete pre-closing and post-closing audits to ensure contracts are within guidelines; prepare corrective documents; provide notary services as needed.
• Process daily sales deposits and generate reports to balance with system information.
• Create bank and corporate files for distribution; assist management with training.
