Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Contracts Processor to support the sales team by processing contracts and ensuring accuracy and completeness of paperwork. The role emphasizes confidentiality, timely responses to contract status requests, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent preferred.
• 6-month related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts accurately by entering information into appropriate systems (e.g., Universe/Unifipro).
• Ensure that signed contract paperwork is accurate and contains all necessary information and documentation.
• Advise the Sales team on issues related to ownership contracts (e.g., titles, financing, pre-approval).
• Respond to Sales team requests related to contract status, such as additional information required, follow-up needed, or tracking.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain availability to work a fluctuating schedule, based on business needs, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent Preferred.

6-month related work experience preferred.
